Lely Tank & Waste Solutions Adds Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Manager
Lely Tank & Waste Solutions is pleased to welcome Ronnie Ezzell as the company’s Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Manager. Ronnie joins Dean Cassels as part of the team based at the Wilson, N.C. facility. Ronnie will be responsible for vacuum tank sales in North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware and Maryland.
Ronnie, a native of North Carolina, comes to Lely having previously owned a family business. He also has 10+ years of experience in successfully serving customer accounts as a Sales Representative in the industrial supply field, serving Eastern North Carolina. While he is “new” to the liquid waste industry, Ronnie has a deep understanding of customer needs with a solid track record in meeting their delivery and production goals.

By Adding Southeast Regional Sales Manager
Lely Tank & Waste Solutions is pleased to welcome Dean Cassels as the company’s Southeast Regional Sales Manager. Dean will be responsible for vacuum tank sales in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama and Mississippi. He will be part of the team based at the Wilson, N.C. facility.
Dean strengthens the Lely Team with 14 years as the Operations Manager of Mid Florida Portable Toilets in Sebring, Florida. He also managed his own portable restroom company for about 6 years in Okeechobee, Florida. His vast experience in the day-to-day operations of the portable sanitation and septic tank business allow him to bring “in-the-trenches” insight to his new role as Regional Sales Manager for Lely Tank. Dean also served as a law enforcement officer for 17 years prior to entering the liquid waste industry, so he knows how to communicate with people very clearly and easily, in a professional, ethical manner.
